Pastor Eric Morphis has served as an Elder in the Methodist Church for the past 26 years in various ministry settings. His heart and soul lies in pastoring the rural church. Eric graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and received his Masters of Divinity from Emory University in Atlanta.  Eric loves being a local pastor and watching others grow in their walk with Christ. Eric's sermon style is conversational and strives to use practical life applications from the Bible to remind people how relevant God's Word is for our lives. Eric enjoys hunting, hiking, and gardening.  He is married to Dr. Susan Morphis, and they have four sons: Hunter, Spencer, Nathan, and Sam as well as two Standard Poodles:  George and Carmella.
