Since 1990, Lamb’s Care Preschool has been sharing the love of Jesus and early childhood learning.  Our preschool is play-based we learn through play!   We match uppercase and lowercase letters with play doh and magnets.  Letters are traced in sand and paint.  Bugs and beads help us count.  We use music to learn manners and directions.   Blocks are used to make tall towers and castles.  Princess dresses and police uniforms are worn for pretend play.  A cozy playhouse is used for reading.  Social skills are learned outside on the playground while waiting in line to use the slide or to swing.  Over the past few years, our children have learned about the Fruits of the Spirit and the Books of the Bible.   The little hands of God’s children fold and pray for their friends who are sick, our world, their pets, and everything else their little minds think of.  Our children learn about community helpers in our town and checkout books during story time each week through the Vanceboro Library.
